Hearings can be scheuled

the Calendar buttons, and selecting an open
date.After choosing a hearing date, click on any
of the Submit Case buttons, which will take you
to a form to submit all case information.
Cases can also be scheduled by fax by selecting
an open date, and then clicking on the Fax
Submission button (below). You can also
