Attorney Darragh was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1985. Prior to his admittance, Attorney Darragh was employed as a multi-line adjuster for eight years. After admittance, Attorney Darragh was employed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Assistant District Attorney for a period of three years. He was then employed by a major domestic insurer as Senior Trial Counsel for an additional three years. Thereafter, Attorney Darragh practiced privately in a Springfield, Massachusetts firm for six years. During that time, Attorney Darragh practiced primarily in the area of Insurance Defense. Attorney Darragh maintains an active Civil practice, and at this time represents injured parties as well as Insurance Companies and their insureds. Attorney Darragh has been serving as an Arbitrator for in excess of twenty years.

Since 1997 Attorney Darragh has conducted over 1,300 ADR hearings.  A wide cross section of Plaintiff's attorneys have used our services, as have over 65 insurance companies.
