Each party of interest is charged $400.00 for a hearing of zero to three
hours in length. Beyond that time, the parties are charged $100.00 per hour per
party of interest. If there is more than one Claimant, each additional
Claimant is charged $200.00 for the initial zero to three hour period. For
example, a case with two bodily injury Claimant's would cost each side $600.00.
There is no additional charge for a loss of consortium claimant
when brought with the primary claim.

The arbitrator is empowered to issue subpoenas under M.G.L. Chapter 251. The
procedure for requesting the issuance of a subpoena is detailed in our
Arbitration and Mediation
Guidelines.
Do you conduct hearings outside
of Springfield?
We will conduct hearings at any location the parties agree upon. To date we
have conducted hearings in Boston, Hartford, Pittsfield, Worcester, North Adams,
Holyoke, Turners Falls, and Greenfield.
